How often can I use Blanq Hydrate?

You can wear blanq Hydrate every night. Consistent use not only delivers the best results but also helps integrate the benefits of mouth taping into your overall wellness routine

Will it stay on while I sleep?

Blanq Hydrate is made for overnight use, with an adhesive formulated to stay in place for up to 12 hours so you can enjoy uninterrupted hydration and support while you sleep.

Can this help reduce snoring?

Yes! blanq Hydrate helps train your body to breathe through your nose, which naturally reduces snoring. It also encourages proper jaw alignment which promotes both a quieter night’s sleep and jawline sculpting over time.

Will it replace my lip balm?

While you can still use balm underneath if you'd like, most customer find it delivers all the hydration their lips need, without the residue or mess.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Blanq Hydrate is formulated with sensitive, dehydrated skin in mind. Our adhesive is hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and tested to ensure it’s gentle enough for nightly use. The tape is breathable and soft against the skin, offering a secure hold without pulling or discomfort, even on delicate areas around the lips. It's important to note that as everyone's skin is different, if you have a history of reactive skin or any skin conditions, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider first. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Our Brisbane warehouse aims to have your shipment dispatched in 24-48 hours, during standard business days. Orders typically arrive between 2-8 business days after dispatch.

Please be aware shipping times may vary.

How do I track my order?

On check-out we ask for your email address. We do this because our courier company will email you upon dispatch with a hyperlink that will enable you to track your parcel as it travels. This will take a few minutes, please check your junk email if you have not received the link. If by then the link still does not appear in your inbox, reach out to our team on hello@shopblanq.com and we will re send a link.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item if I've changed my mind?

If you’ve changed your mind after ordering from us, we do accept returns - with some conditions:

1. The item you're returning must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging.

2. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us at hello@shopblanq.com - Please include your full name and include the name of item/s you’re looking to return.

3. Return postage costs will be at your expense.

Once we receive the return we’ll inspect the item/s to ensure they’re unused, there’s no damage, and you have provided us with all original packaging.

If the item meets this criteria, the refund will be applied to the same credit card that was used to purchase.

What happens if I've chosen the wrong product?

We understand that sometimes online shopping can be challenging. If you feel you’ve selected the wrong product or bundle, we’ll happily help to facilitate an exchange.

Please note: The item you're exchanging must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging. Return postage costs will be at your expense. You must lodge a request to exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
