1. 30-night promise (our satisfaction guarantee)

Try Blanq Hydrate for 30 nights, risk-free.

 

If you don’t sleep deeper or wake up with softer, hydrated lips, simply email us at hello@shopblanq.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll refund you — no returns required.

 

We reply within 24 hours and resolve within 48 hours.

 

How it works:

  • Applies to first-time customers only, on their first order.
  • No need to send your product back.
  • Refund covers the value of one 30-pack at the price paid at checkout.
  • Shipping and taxes are not refunded.
  • One claim per household.

Example:
If you purchased a 60-pack or 90-pack bundle, you’ll receive a refund equivalent to one 30-pack at your checkout price.

2. returns & exchanges

Because our 30-Night Promise already covers satisfaction concerns, we do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of results, or general dissatisfaction once a product has been opened or used.

 

We only accept returns if your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@shopblanq.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

We’ll make it right with either a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost if a return is required.

4. bundles

Bundled or discounted sets must be returned in full. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned or refunded separately, unless covered under the 30-Night Promise.

5. sale items

All sale items, promotional bundles, and limited-time offers (including free-gift promotions) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except where covered under Australian Consumer Law or the 30-Night Promise.

6. refunds (once approved)

Once a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once issued.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 calendar days, though your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

7. return denial

Blanq reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy guidelines. This includes items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition and packaging, as well as returns sent without prior authorisation or outside the eligible timeframe.

 

Unauthorised returns or those sent to an incorrect address will not be processed.

8. exchanges

At this time, Blanq does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order once your refund is processed.

9. australian consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
